The Moore's have spent the past 30+ years in ministry.  From teaching and leading teens, to serving on staff as a youth pastor, and finally to pastoring, their lives have centered around serving and ministry.  

While traveling with their fourth son (they have seven children) to Utah in 2018, God made it clear that He was leading them to Farmington to establish an independent Baptist church.  

After stepping down as pastor and raising their needed support they arrived in Farmington in June of 2021.  The church, Calvary Baptist, was launched in October of that year and officially chartered on April 2, 2023, with 25 charter members.

The family loves to sing, teach, and preach about Jesus, and ministry makes up most of their life and activities.  Outside of ministry, Angela loves to read, cook, craft, garden, and anything creative.  Philip enjoys walking/hiking, reading, golf (at least once a year), and building.  Family is a focal point of their life and they love spending time with their children.
